Cra-Z-Artwork has signed a world licensing settlement with GennComm ImaGENNation for GennComm’s 4 U.S. patents for reminiscence foam in plush toys, the Pop-Up Plush trademark, bespoke manufacturers, and tactile sensory toy know-how in Cra-Z-Artwork’s new plush division.
