How to Measure

Measuring first thing in the morning. Measuring later in the day could give you unreliable measurements resulting in ill fitting compression hosiery.

Circumference

A Measure ankle just above the ankle bone.

B Measure calf at the largest point.

C Measure widest part of the thigh.

Length

LE For Knee High, measure from floor to the bend of the knee.

LG For Pantyhose and Thigh High, measure from floor to just below the buttocks.

Measuring Tips Measure first thing in the morning when swelling is minimal. Make sure the measuring tape is firmly across your skin without causing a depression. Keep measuring tape level on the widest part of your limb.
